I need to exchange an item – What do i do?

If you have purchased an item and you need to change it for another size – just email: Exchange@Schoolwear.ie with the size/item you require and we will contact you and arrange an exchange.

My child suffers from allergic reactions to wool – do you have alternatives?

Yes we do. We have cotton alternatives to some of our jumper range – if you email: Vincent@SaviClothing.com with your request, he will get back to you on this matter.

When will i receive my order?

If you are ordering for a uniform for August, we will begin to send out uniforms towards the end June – you will receive an email once your order is complete. Delivery will be by An Post.

My card is valid – but my payment will not go through?

When you are at the checkout stage – you will enter your “Billing Address”, please make sure it is the same address that the card is registered to. If your card’s billing address has a postcode – you should include it. If your card’s billing address does not have a postcode – you should leave it out.
